Our Shipping Policies
Shipping MethodsOur normal shipping method to the US mainland is USPS Priority Mail, unless you request premium shipping. Premium Shipping will be either FedEx or UPS or you may specify your preferred carrier if available in Maui. The additional charge for premium will be added to your bill. The normal shipping method to Hawaiian locations is 2 day FedEx. During checkout on internet orders, our shopping cart software will provide you with an estimate of shipping costs based on the total order amount. This is only an estimate. Weight is the main factor that determines shipping charges and we will not know the weight of your order until it’s packed and ready to ship. All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Credit CardOur credit card system conforms to Payment Card Industry (“PCI”) Data Security Standards (“DSS”) and our site is scanned and certified quarterly by Security Metrics. We use a secure server to process your orders and personal information. All data is encrypted before it is sent over the internet and is completely secure. Customer ServiceIf you placed an internet order, you will automatically be emailed an order confirmation. You will also receive a notice with tracking information when the shipment is made. Product GuaranteeWe sincerely believe that we make the best bath and body products in Hawaii. We therefore provide an unconditional guarantee. Kopa Haiku will credit return of unused damaged products, but all returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt to enable us more easily determine the cause of damage.
